Yeni Doğan Bebek İçin Alışveriş
Yeni doğan bebeğe alışveriş bir anlamda çok fazla detay demektir. Bunun günlük yaşamınızın bir parçası olmayacağından dolayı da ilk kez karşılaştığınız bu durum karşısında tedirginlik yaşıyorsunuz. Peki, alışveriş listenizin olmazsa olmazları nelerdir?
Yeni Doğan İçin Alışveriş Listesi
Listeye geçmeden önce şunu söyleyelim, internet üzerinden online satış yapan pek çok site var ve bu siteler sizin için faydalı olacaktır. Şimdi isterseniz listeye bir göz atalım.
Body-Zıbın Yeni doğan bebeklerin alışveriş listesinin başında body ve zıbın olması gerekiyor. Bunun içinde ilk etapta zıbın ve body almalısınız. 8–10 arasında işinizi görecektir. Yeni doğan bebekler anne ve babalığın tavan yaptığı dönemlerdir, ancak ilk kez bebeğiniz olduğu içinde halen duygularınız netleşmiş değil ve alışma süreci içindesiniz. Unutmadan belirtelim bebeğinizi 2 saatte bir beslemeniz gerekiyor.
Önlük Önlük dediğimiz zaman tahmin ediyoruz ki hepinizin kafasında bebek önlüğü canlandı, ancak bahsettiğimiz bebek için değil anne için olacak. Bebeğinizi sık sık emzireceğiniz bir dönemin içine giriyorsunuz. Bunun içinde önlük sizin istediğiniz yerde bebeğinizi rahatlıkla emzirebilmeniz için işinize yarayacak.
Battaniye Yaz da olsa kış da olsa bebeğiniz için battaniye ihtiyacınız olacak. Yeni doğmuş bir bebek henüz dış dünyaya alışkın olmadığından dolayı üşüyecektir. Bunun yanı sıra onun bağışıklık sisteminin henüz oturmadığını düşünürseniz bebeğinizin hasta olmasını istemezsiniz. Bunun için mevsime göre battaniye almanız gerekiyor.
Tulum Tulum bebeğinizi sarıp
sarmalamak için oldukça güzel bir çözüm, özelikle de çıtçıtlı tulum bulduğunuz zaman hemen almalısınız.
Çorap ve Patik
Bebeğinizin ayakları henüz ısıyı korumada zorlanabilir. Bu nedenle 4–6 çift çorap veya patik almak iyi olacaktır. Özellikle yumuşak ve pamuklu olanları tercih edin.
Şapka
Yeni doğanlar ısı kaybını başlarından çok hızlı yaşar. Hafif bir pamuklu şapka veya mevsime uygun örgü şapka işinizi görecektir.
Bebek Bezi ve Islak Mendil
Her ne kadar basit görünse de bez ve ıslak mendil hayat kurtarır. İlk etapta birkaç paket bebek bezi ve hassas ciltler için ıslak mendil almalısınız.
Biberon ve Emzik
Anne sütü tercih edilecek olsa bile acil durumlar için 1–2 biberon ve uygun boyutta emzik bulundurmak faydalı olur.
Banyo Seti
Yeni doğan için bebek şampuanı, sabun ve yumuşak havlu gibi temel banyo malzemelerini hazır edin. Bebeğin cildi çok hassastır; kimyasal içermeyen ürünler tercih edin.
Alt Açma Matı
Bebeğinizin altını değiştirirken rahat ve hijyenik bir ortam sağlar. Taşınabilir olanlar hem evde hem de dışarıda kullanışlıdır.
Gece Lambası
Gece beslenmelerinde ışığın çok parlak olmaması gerekir. Hafif bir gece lambası , hem bebeğinizi rahatsız etmez hem de sizin işinizi kolaylaştırır.
Sonuç itibariyle, yeni doğan bebek için alışveriş yapmak ilk başta gözünüzü korkutabilir, ancak doğru bir listeyle her şey çok daha kolay hâle gelir. Body, tulum, battaniye gibi temel kıyafetlerin yanı sıra şapka, çorap, bebek bezi ve banyo malzemeleri gibi pratik ürünleri önceden hazırlamak, hem sizin hem de bebeğinizin konforunu artırır. Unutmayın ki bu süreçte ihtiyaçlar zamanla değişebilir. Önemli olan bebeğinizin rahatını ve sağlığını ön planda tutmaktır. Küçük hazırlıklarla büyük fark yaratabilir, bebeğinizin ilk günlerini hem sizin hem de onun için daha huzurlu ve keyifli hâle getirebilirsiniz.
